Our Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days.

For all interstate orders, we ship via Australia Post.

For orders within Victoria, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order once dispatched.You can expect most standard delivery orders to major metro areas outside Victoria to take up to 5-8 business days. Regional or rural areas may take a little longer.

For orders over $25, we offer free shipping. This offer cannot be used in combination with any other product and / or order discounts. If you are not home when your delivery arrives, orders items will be left in a safe place, unattended.

Note: delivery times are only estimates—postal delays caused by these providers are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch.

International Shipping

We use Australia Post for all international web orders. Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders. 

Tracking

All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.
